Project Description:
Conversion of the Victorian layout to a contemporary open loft style. Excessive deterioration called for a dramatic renewal of all structural, plumbing and electrical aspects.

Design Features
- Integrated/multi-use areas with function re-assignment. Sliding etched glass panels for light transference.
- Converted furnace room to spa/bath/steam room- with elevated window and plant shelf.
- French door added from master bedroom and slifing glass dorrs from kitched - into garden.
- Built in vanity/storage and suspended mirror.
